Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States. Orders ship via USPS from our warehouses in California and New York.

Processing time

Every order is packed with care — please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days.

A note on shipping speed

Expedited shipping timelines (like 2-day shipping) begin from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. If you need something by a specific date — a baby shower, a birthday — email us at orders@appleandloom.com and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

Free shipping

Orders over $100 ship free.

Lost Packages

Things occasionally go missing in the mail — it happens. If your tracking shows no movement or your package seems lost, email us at orders@appleandloom.com and we’ll sort it out together, whether that’s a replacement or working with USPS to track it down. You won’t be left on your own.
